Kimberly Warner, MS, is Senior Director, Clinical Endpoint Adjudication Services at Axio, a Cytel Company, where she leads the development and delivery of Endpoint Adjudication Committee (EAC) services. She brings more than 20 years of clinical research experience across independent review committees, biometrics, clinical operations, and business strategy in both sponsor and CRO environments.

Kimberly’s career includes roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, PRA Health Sciences, ACI Clinical, and AstraZeneca, supporting global clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas. She believes successful endpoint adjudication goes beyond clinical expertise. It requires clear processes, strong partnerships, and technology that makes it easier for sponsors, sites, and adjudicators to do their jobs effectively.

Kimberly brings a practical, operational approach to clinical research, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and the experience of the people involved. She holds an MS in Statistics and a BA in Economics and Statistics from Rutgers University.
