In this webinar, the 6th installment in our East Horizon – R Code Integration series, Valeria Mazzanti will focus on the concept of informed priors, and will use East Horizon simulations augmented with R code to assess the differences between an uninformed phase III trial, compared to a phase III informed by some results from a preceding phase II trial. The webinar will also review several definitions of probability of success, including a variant that is the overall success of both studies, conditioned upon the success of the phase II trial.
