Shanna Cotti

Shanna Cotti brings over 20 years of experience in information technology and leadership to Cytel. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in driving technology innovation, operational excellence, and digital strategy at global organizations.

Shanna is the former Executive Vice President Information Technology & CIO for Conmed Corporation, serving in that role from March 2020 through June 2023. Prior to that role, she was the Senior Vice President Information Technology & CIO at Charles River Laboratories International, Inc from May 2015 through March 2020. At Charles River Laboratories, she held several roles of increasing responsibility beginning September 2006, most recently as the Divisional CIO, Enterprise & Commercial prior to being named CIO. From 1998 to 2006, Shanna was employed by Modis Solutions, Inc and Microsoft Corporation in a series of information technology consulting roles.

Most recently, Shanna founded Pythia Advisors, LLC, a consulting company providing executive coaching services, as well as advisory services to help organizations drive revenue and margin growth through innovative use of information and technology.
