Chief Financial Officer

Scott Rogers is an experienced Finance executive with more than two decades of experience within corporate finance and the clinical development industry. As Chief Financial Officer at Cytel, he is responsible for the full breadth of strategic leadership within finance including Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing, Treasury, Accounting and Business Intelligence.

Before joining Cytel, Scott was responsible for the global finance organization and operations at Saama where he was instrumental in using the language of finance to drive strategic clarity and performance and communicating the impact of AI technologies in transforming the life sciences industry.

Prior to that, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Finance at Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD, Inc.). During his tenure at the CRO, Scott oversaw a portfolio of business units, working to optimize the business performance and communicate effectively to both executives and owners. He also implemented a global leadership program designed to enhance career development and engagement of the finance team.
