Heather Jones is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over two decades of experience in both early stage and mature Fortune 300 companies spanning multiple industries.

As the Chief Administration Officer at Cytel, Heather leads the HR function with a strategic focus on attracting and retaining talent, employee engagement, and organizational development. She also has responsibility for Legal, Quality Assurance and Privacy for Cytel.

Before joining Cytel, Heather was Senior Vice President, HR at IQVIA, a Fortune 300 company providing advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services across the life sciences industry. During her 10-year tenure she was instrumental in developing and implementing talent strategies across multiple business units and regions. Her leadership has been marked by her ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring that HR practices support the company’s growth and operational goals as well as a positive employee experience. She is known for her solution-oriented approach to HR and focus on driving initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities and business outcomes.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
